I recently went to Lanap Dental and I was extremely impressed. To my surprise and delight, my first appointment lasted two hours. Dr. Di and the entire staff were very friendly and extremely professional. Currently I have some health issues that were directly related to my dental health. Amazingly, even as a brand new patient, Dr Di took the time to check with my other health Doctors. He spent a great deal of time with conference calls to the other Doctors to make sure there were no medication complications as well as a variety of other issues directly related to my health and well being. As a brand new patient on my first visit, I was astounded to see him take such a personal interest in me. I would give this office and staff the highest recommendation that a patient could give.

I had a failed implant that he refused to accept as failed. I let it stay in my mouth believing him that it hasn’t failed only in resulting in an emergency extraction and with a significant infection. I chose to go to another surgeon to have it removed. The other surgeon needed information from Dr D regarding which hardware to use to get the implant out. I had asked the front test to have Dr D call the surgeon with those details in preparation for the removal in one week. I was promised that he would call and guess what? Didn’t happen. I showed up this morning for my extraction and the surgeon asked why he didn’t hear from Dr D and they ended up having to take out the implant in a more traditional and “barbaric” manner if you will. I was all in favor of the Lanap center when I received my implants but afterwards between his pride and turning me away with a failed implant and failure to contact the surgeon with pertinent information has turned my feelings around to not only disapprove of this practice but also not willing to provide referrals to others as I’ve always done so in the past when I was able to speak highly of them.
