I was in for a consultation. From the time I came in the office I was greeted by Robert who is very organized, polite and professional. He explained everything in detail and made for smooth documentation process. I then met Dr D, who almost immediately after Robert, welcomed me. I was then met by Anne to receive me to do the assessment and exam with Dr. D. Everything was explained and then when recommendation were given Dr D and Anne used a video to explain the Lanap process. I will follow up after my procedure but I was highly impressed on my first visit.
