I wear dentures and recently broke the upper front tooth. I became very upset considering the isolation we are now practicing. I was afraid it would take forever to get it fixed, and I was concerned about having to go into the office right now. I called the Lanap Center and spoke to Robert, their patient relations associate. He understood my concerns and said to give him a little time and he would call me back with a plan. He did and he was able to contact the lab that made my dentures. He arranged for me to drop them off at the lab and they would fix the tooth and it would be all done on the same day. I was thrilled but a little skeptical. These things never run smoothly for me. However, this did!! My dentures were fixed and back to me the same day, amazing!! Robert had to consult with numerous people to pull this together and was on top of it throughout the day. He made me feel like he really cared about me. I have been a patient of Dr. DiGiallorenzo’s for awhile and I have always been well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough.
