Would highly recommend Dr. DiGiallorenzo and his staff. You will never have better care! The combination of staff and Physician is remarkable and rarely occurs. From obtaining a detail of what my treatment would be in less than 10 minutes after my scans/exam til the actual surgery date, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. The office manager, Robert, contacted me several times to ensure I had everything I needed and that I understood payment responsibility, no surprises. On the day of surgery, the room was dimmed, aromatherapy mist, music, and blanket! Like a spa session! Dr. David DiGiallorenzo's manner and skill was soothing. He explained everything as he went along. During the procedure I heard him ask the assistant, Doria, to adjust her tool. She asked "OK?" He answered "perhaps if you do this". She double checked with him "Ok?". He answered "Yes. Thank you." A correction, acknowledgement, teaching moment, and an appreciation in less than one minute! What a great working relationship they have! They made follow up calls to see how I was doing. Removal of stitches with Jen, Director of Clinical Care, was pain free. This office gives one major projection: You are the patient, you are important to us, and we are here to help and care for you! You can not ask for better!
