After an awful experience with a different periodontist, I decided to get a second opinion. From the first phone call discussing what I previously went through, the initial visit, having a procedure and then my recent post-op appointment, everyone here has been so nice! I was not pressured to schedule right away, they answered all my questions (even the most ridiculous ones), understood my anxieties and made me feel as comfortable as possible every step of the way. They were all honest, explained everything to me up front and never made me feel like I wasn’t in good hands. I even had similar procedures at this office and my previous perio, did not have nearly as much pain and my friends and family commented on how I didn’t have as much swelling this time and overall seemed a lot better. My husband brought me the day of my procedure and also said how friendly everyone was, they kept him updated throughout and made sure he knew what I needed to recover. I really regret not finding them first, I guarantee it would’ve saved me months of pain and anxiety that I go from my previous periodontist. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Lanap & Implant Center. Dr. D and his staff are phenomenal!
